Dhara is inspired by the side designs of a poetry manuscript from Saadi. It was painted by Mir-Imad in 1609. Each color is separated from each other by a thin black line just like they do with traditional rugs from India and Middle-East.

This collection was inspired by marine landscapes: the decorative pattern on the wide brimmed plates resembles the effervescent spray of ocean waves that crash and wash onto shore.
