Offering deeper capacity than a frying pan, it has a long handle for moving quickly back and forth over the burner when searing and sautéing, and a helper handle that makes carrying and emptying easy. The thick anodized aluminum exterior wont scratch or chip, cleans up effortlessly and provides superior heat conduction. The cooking surface is 18/10 stainless steel, with an aluminum core extending all the way up the sides of each piece.
